BazzISM

* the editor's size is automatically doubled for all Retina- and small UHD/4k displays. Also the size can be set manually.
* most parameters can be entered numerically

Bugfixes
* Changing parameters in Pro Tools (AAX) sometimes remote-controlled additional instances of BazzISM or even lead to a crash.
* Reloading a project in Pro Tools often lead to the default state.
* In Cubase the "Switch to B Setting" function took about a minute with VST2. Now it's about half a second.
