Piezo now uses the Instant On extra to capture audio from already-running apps, as well as difficult to capture apps like Safari, FaceTime, and more.
Animation of the VU meters has been improved.
The software update mechanism (powered by Sparkle) now runs securely over HTTPS.
Other minor fixes and improvements have been made.
Piezo is now available exclusively via direct download. We have chosen to cease distribution of Piezo through the Mac App Store at this time. Piezo now includes details for users who purchased via the Mac App Store to migrate to the direct version, free of charge.

Some minor interface adjustments were made, to better suit the newest versions of Mac OS X.
Other minor fixes and improvements have been made.

Piezo now has initial compatibility with Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite).
Audio capture from all versions of Firefox has been restored.

Piezo 1.2.2 has been updated with high-resolution artwork, for full, gorgeous display on Retina Macs.
Piezo now features an HTML-based About box, for better Retina display.

An issue where Piezo could not capture audio from several Apple applications on Mac OS X 10.8 has been fixed. Piezo is now fully Mountain Lion-ready.
A bug which could cause Piezo to crash when adjusting the Preferences window has been fixed.
Piezo no longer checks if an app is quarantined on Mac OS X 10.8, as the bug this was working around has been fixed in the OS.
The Factory Reset debugging function has been fixed on Mac OS X 10.8.
Piezo's icon has been updated (and tweaked) for full Retina compatibility, and throughout the site.

Piezo now features a Play-thru toggle in the Record menu, allowing the user to toggle audio play-thru on or off.
Piezo's preferences now feature a Reveal button, to show the Recording destination.
