added live kit and pad previewing directly from the open file dialogs
added convenience controls to the model editor (power button, pan slider and load/save pad menu)
pad view mode states are now saved with host session file
added an option to correct the GUI gamma settings on 10.6 based machines

fixed bitmap blurrring problems in GUI on 10.6
fixed a bug that caused pitch modulation in the wood drum model to fail
fixed a bug in the noise drum model that caused osc 2&3 to incorrectly set parameters for osc1
fixed a bug in the membrane model involving the 'env' and 'amp' sliders
solved some issues that may cause pad names to become out of sync in the GUI after saving a pad
