Place you fingers on screen and notes start playing. Widening your touches horizontally widens the Q value of the filter. Widening your touches vertically changes the sinusoidal/sawtooth blend of the sound generator. Moving you touches horizontally changes the filters frequency. Moving your touches vertically changes the sounds intensity. Shake or tilt your iPad to change the musical settings.
