You can extract recordings with iTunes USB file sharing:
Use this way to extract recorded files:
1. Connect your iPad to any computer with iTunes (it's even on someone else iTunes with other iPhones).
2. You don't need to sync or anything else.
3. Your iPad name should appear on the left side
4. Select apps tab.
6. In the bottom, you'll see apps that uses iTunes USB file sharing.
7. Microphone + Recording should appear thier, and you'll find recorded files
