Turbo S is an AudioUnit effect plugin that turns simple sounds into rich animated textures.
It features the same 6 unique waveshape models developed for it's smaller brother, Turbo, all of which offer mind-bending transformations. But now these models can be modulated by a step sequencer, opening a new dimension for complex pulsating and morphing sounds. This sophisticated device offers up to 16 steps, 12 different speed settings, infinitely variable swing, as well as adjustable time and smoothness - allowing you to create a myriad of different patterns. Turbo S requires Mac OS 10.5 or later. It is a Universal Binary with 32 and 64 bit compatibility. You will also need an AudioUnit host application that supports Cocoa user interface technology. Please make sure to install the demo version to test Turbo S on your system.

I am finding all of the Sinevibe's plug-ins to be very unique and creative tools, especially for experimental sound design options ;-)
This one especially should appeal to 'glitch' artists in search of a morphing, sequenced way to texture and distort over time.
Developer is very responsive and has provided generous upgrade options over the years for many of his products. Product was immediately available after transaction and is running well in Logic 9.1.3/OSX 10.6.6.
