* fixed a bug with initialising the threshold slider in the Cocoa GUI
* changed the "sinc" shaping function in order to avoid clicks
when using certain audio interfaces and host software combinations
* added threshold parameter for hard clipping
* made the saturate function symmetrical around 0.0
* enabled automation from Cocoa GUI for shaping function parameter
