VX-323 Speech Synthesizer

This cleans up a few rough edges and adds a some minor features. Specifically:
Added Beats view to the phonetic editor, so you can snap phonemes and pitch to a specified BPM
Fixed irritating bug with keymap and rack duplication
Handful of other bug fixes and new features, described in great detail in the Read Me

Cool software, but the whole "history" section in the website smells like a farce. The image from the synth museum is photoshopped to include the VX-323, and their site makes no mention of it. Besides - this thing just uses Apple's speech synth, not something created by some German Genius Prof... Pretty funny!
