Requires access to an Administrative - level account on the computer for installation.
500 MHz or faster CPU. Sample rates higher than 48 kHz may require faster CPU.

The 4.28 update only addresses an issue with changing the scope timebase. If you are currently using Version 4.27 and aren't experencing any trouble, you do not need to (and should not) install this update.
